All memorial jewelry and other products will be shipped via UPS, with a tracking number and delivery information, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. See You Memorial Jewelry agrees that all products will be carefully packaged to minimize the risk of breakage, and will include insurance along with tracking information.
When an order is shipped from our headquarters in The Netherlands, we cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by customs or holidays.
See You Memorial Jewelry cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to any memorial jewelry in transit. Please inspect all merchandise upon receiving it. In the event that a product is lost in transit or arrives damaged in any way, See You Memorial Jewelry must be notified within 5 days of receipt in writing or via email, and all claims must be made with the shipping carrier. See You Memorial Jewelry will do anything we can to help resolve any problems with the carrier.
For consumers: Due to the custom nature (with ashes/hair/ fingerprints etc) of each order we do not offer refunds, but please don’t hesitate to contact us for quality concerns or special circumstance exchanges.
For See You dealers: Returns need to packaged carefully and we can only credit items that are undamaged, uncluded with the copy of invoice and within 2 weeks after the package was received.
