We will pack it very carefully and ship it via:
– USPS for our American customers when it’s shipped from our LA office
– My Parcel/ Post NL for Holland
– My Parcel for the UK
insured, with a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
All memorial jewelry and other products will be shipped via USPS Parcel with a tracking number and delivery information, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. See You Memorial Jewelry agrees that all products will be carefully packaged to minimize the risk of breakage, and will include insurance along with tracking information.
When an order is shipped from our headquarters in The Netherlands, we cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by customs or holidays.
See You Memorial Jewelry cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to any memorial jewelry in transit. Please inspect all merchandise upon receiving it. In the event that a product is lost in transit or arrives damaged in any way, See You Memorial Jewelry must be notified within 5 days of receipt in writing or via email, and all claims must be made with the shipping carrier. See You Memorial Jewelry will do anything we can to help resolve any problems with the carrier.
